Annual Fee
Good to see the grass being cut this week as we hopefully see the back of the winter weather!
Annual fees for grass cutting are being collected. Again, it would be helpful if everyone paid electronically. Fees remain the same amount this year.
Follow this link to make a payment: https://grangemanor.ie/annual-fee/
Please spread the word in your street, as we do not have email or other contact details for everyone.
Trees Available
A resident signed up for the initiative lead by treesontheland.com. This is an effort to have more trees planted across the country. We took deliver of a large amount of small trees. These are available to anyone who has some garden space to plant the trees to allow them grow to a size that perhaps could be transferred to the green areas. Or if you have space, feel free to let them in your garden!
Email chair@grangemanor.ie for more info.
Estate improvements this year
It may be difficult given the current circumstances, but as always we hope to progress some improvements in Grange Manor this year.
Some ideas from residents who have been in touch so far include
- improving the shrub bed at Manor Lawn (first entrance) – we hope to get this done soon
- adding trees and shrubs to both entrances
- planting more trees on green areas
If you have any ideas for your street or green, please do get in touch. Also, for these projects to be completed, we do need more help!
