Summer Newsletter
It’s been a strange few weeks! Hope everyone is keeping well.
Annual Fee
Big thanks to all that have paid the annual fee so far. It’s appreciated that so many are paying using electronic means now, which really takes the pressure off collectors in your street.
Please spread the word in your street, as we do not have email or other contact details for everyone.

We have added a new portal to the website to allow you easily update your contact details. Link here
Projects for this year
It may be difficult given the current circumstances, but as always we hope to progress some small projects in Grange Manor this year.
Some ideas from residents who have been in touch so far include
- improving the shrub bed at Manor Lawn (first entrance)
- adding trees and shrubs to both entrances
- planting more trees on green areas
If you have any ideas for your street or green, please do get in touch. Also, for these projects to be completed, we do need more help!
Trades & Services
Remember, we have a small list of trades and services supplied by Grange Manor residents listed on our website. If you want your business advertised or know of someone else that you would recommend please do let us know and we can update the website with details.
Pedestrian Bridge walkway maintenance
A couple of residents have been in touch with the Council asking for the area by the pedestrian bridge to be tidied up. This area is very busy with walkers and cyclists at the moment, which is great to see, so it would be great to have it maintained properly.
The Council have since tidied this area up. Motorway team also swept and cleaned the pedestrian bridge.
Parking
Again, a reminder to residents not to park on footpaths in the estate!
