Annual Grass Cutting Fee 2025
Annual fees for 2025 grass cutting are being collected. Again, it would be helpful if everyone paid electronically. Fees remain the same amount this year.

Contributions
There was a small improvement on contributions in 2024. 187 houses paid for grass cutting, which is 70% of total houses, compared to 65% in 2023. Unfortunately it is still lower than previous years.
This has an impact. Firstly, it makes it much harder to do any improvement works in the estate. Also, it makes finances much tighter at a time when prices of grass cutting keeps increasing.
Please help by talking to your neighbours and encouraging everyone to contribute!
