Annual Fees
Firstly, thank you to all that have paid the annual fees to date for 2019! Over 150 houses are paid up now, which is a great start.
It’s good to see the grass being cut… greens are looking well.

Projects For 2019
Lots of residents have been in touch with ideas and suggestions for the estate. Keep them coming!
People are suggesting: planting new trees, more shrubs, speed ramps and many more, but one item that is raised a lot is the condition of the walls in the estate.
Wall Cleaning
With the help of a small group of residents, engagement has begun with some professional cleaning experts. You may have noticed a trial run started on one section of wall and footpath by the 2nd entrance (see pic below). It looks very successful! We are hoping to organise another trial at the 1st entrance soon. The hope is that we can arrange for the cleaning of communal walls in the estate this year.
Also, the company have agreed to erect a small sign with their contact details so that householders can contact them directly to have their own walls and house cleaned.

Please Get Involved in Your Street!
We need your help on this and other projects for the year ahead! Please contact us or your street rep if you can spare some time to help improve your area!
Achievements from 2018
Apart from grass cutting, residents managed to organise the following:
- Footpath power-wash at entrances
- Shrub bed maintenance and planting
- Planting additional trees at both entrances
- Daffodil planting at both entrances
- Street kerbs sweep
- Engaged with County Council to arrange tidy of area near EMC pedestrian bridge
- Improved bus service for the estate
New 220 Bus Timetable
It is great to see the new 220 bus timetable in place since January and even better to see so many more people using the service. With the bus now every 15 minutes during the day, a timetable is almost not needed, but in any case it is here!
